By purchasing or accessing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview
Get Bumble (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides customized music and creative audio services.
All songs are created based on information provided by the customer (“you,” “client”).
Your purchase or use of our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
 
2. Service Description

  • Get Bumble creates original, custom songs for personal use.

  • Each song is crafted according to the details you provide, including mood, tone, or story.

  • Our songs are designed for personal enjoyment, gifting, and sharing.
     

3. Pricing

  • The starting price for a personalized song is $24.99 USD.

  • Additional fees may apply for special requests, revisions, rush delivery, or add-ons (such as video versions or cover art).

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
     

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • All sales are final once work on your custom song has begun (see Section 7 for Refund Policy).
     

5. Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery is within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your song or project.
     

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • You receive personal use rights to your completed song.

    • You may play it, share it on social media, or gift it to someone else.

  • Commercial use (e.g., advertising, streaming, resale, or monetization) requires written permission and a separate licensing agreement.

  • Get Bumble retains the intellectual property rights to the music and production unless otherwise stated in writing.
     

7. Refund Policy

  • Because each song is custom-made, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available once creative work has started.

  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
     

8. Revisions

  • You may request one complimentary minor revision (such as lyric or vocal tone tweaks).

  • Additional revisions or major changes may require an additional fee.

  • Revision requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your song.
     

9. Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order.

  • Get Bumble is not liable for creative results that reflect unclear, incomplete, or incorrect details provided by the client.
     

10. Delivery

  • Songs are delivered digitally via email or a secure download link (MP3 format by default).

  • You are responsible for downloading and storing your song.

  • We recommend saving a backup copy, as download links may expire.
     

11. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal information (such as name, story, or mood preferences) is used only to complete your order.

  • We may use anonymized snippets or descriptions of songs for marketing or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
     

12. Limitation of Liability
Get Bumble and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
All creative work is provided “as-is” and represents a personalized artistic interpretation, not a guaranteed outcome.

13. Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most recent version of these terms.
